We include a free tool kit for all orders so that you can adjust or change your strap quickly and easily.

Our watches have 10 ATM water-resistant, meaning they’re suitable for everyday use as well as more active water exposure—including swimming, snorkeling, showering, and rain. However, they are not recommended for high-impact water sports or diving.

Water resistance may be affected by factors such as an unsecured crown, sudden impacts, or extreme temperature changes.

Before shipping, all our watches are thoroughly tested for water resistance and overall workmanship to ensure long-lasting performance and reliability.

Absolutely! We offer full customization, including the option to remove any logos from the dial.

All our watches are protected under a limited warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, please contact us at help@personalised-watch.com with photos or videos depicting the flaw.
