We include a free tool kit for all orders so that you can adjust or change your strap quickly and easily.

Our watches are water-resistant up to 5 ATM. This means they are suitable for everyday use, including hand washing, showering, rain, and brief water exposure. However, we do not recommend swimming or diving with your watch. 

Water resistance can be affected by factors such as a loosely secured crown, sudden impacts, or significant temperature changes.

Before shipping, all our watches are tested for water resistance and workmanship to ensure the long-term performance of the watch.

Absolutely! We offer full customization, including the option to remove any logos from the dial.

All our watches are protected under a limited warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, please contact us at help@personalised-watch.com with photos or videos depicting the flaw.
